Our story
DuffisNetworks started in 2010 the way a lot of great things do — with hustle, a laptop, and a bedroom at my parents' house. What began as a one-person operation helping local businesses get their technology in order quickly grew into something much bigger. I cut my teeth doing hands-on IT work across New Jersey and New York, building networks, solving problems, and earning the trust of clients who needed someone they could count on.
Over the years, that foundation turned into a career spanning enterprise-level consulting — working with Fortune 500 companies, major healthcare systems, and complex technology environments at one of the world's largest IT firms. I learned how the biggest organizations in the world plan, build, and manage their technology. And I kept coming back to the same realization: small and mid-size businesses deserve access to that same level of expertise.
Too many growing companies are stuck in a frustrating middle ground. They've outgrown the "my nephew handles our computers" phase, but they're not large enough to hire a CTO, a security team, and a dev shop. They end up juggling multiple vendors, paying for tools they don't fully use, and making technology decisions based on sales pitches instead of strategy.
That's why I built DuffisNetworks into what it is today. Now based in Apex, North Carolina — in the heart of the Research Triangle — we serve clients locally and nationwide as a complete technology partner. One relationship that covers IT infrastructure, software, web presence, cloud, and asset management. The same enterprise rigor and methodology I learned at the top, delivered with the personal attention and pricing that growing businesses deserve.
